Tompkins Square Bagels, the iconic bagel shop that has landed on numerous Top 10 lists (including ours!), opened their third location last week, as reported by EV Grieve and The Bagel Ambassador himself.


Owner Chris Pugliese says their new Union Square location is “for New York,” and recalls how a chance encounter with saxophonist Utril (@iamyoungnomadic) during the depths of the pandemic inspired him to open the 3rd location.
