We announced the launch of our new parent company, BagelUp, your destination for every bagel thing. We’re a pioneering trade organization for the global bagel industry, with the core mission to promote and advance bagel culture and the industry worldwide.

OPENINGS & CLOSINGS

A rare opening in the Sunshine State! NYC’s Bagel Boss will be opening their first store in Hollywood, Florida this month.


H&H Bagels is expanding big time, with 25 new locations currently in development. The new locations will primarily be in D.C., Los Angeles and Tampa.


Harlem’s popular Bo’s Bagels is opening a second location in Washington Heights. The exact opening date has not been revealed, but fans can look for the new shop this fall.

The Bagel Buzz is a weekly interview series about the most interesting buzz in the bagel world, featuring bagel experts, shop owners, bakers, and more.

  • The Wandering Chew - Kat Romanow, Co-Founder (6/15): If you’ve ever wanted the inside scoop on Montreal bagels, there are few people in the world who can speak to their history better than Kat.
